“When I see people stand fully in their truth, or when I see someone fall down, get back up, and say, 'Damn. That really hurt, but this is important to me and I'm going in again' — my gut reaction is, 'What a badass. "Brené Brown

Remember that, to become victorious on the battlefield, you need to be the best warrior and to be the "coolest" you need to face your worst enemy, show courage and give everything you have. Sometimes you want to leave the battlefield, but don't do it, think "this is important to me and I'm going to stay to continue fighting with everything."
In order to heal, you first need to understand that a psychological pain feels the same as a physical pain and if you do not heal this pain, you will have permanent consequences, for example: being a playboy, an unfaithful, being afraid of commitment, feeling empty , without power, without masculinity, etc.
The separation of an object of love can respond to abandonment , when the loved one suddenly withdraws his love; to humiliation , when someone hurts us deeply in our self-esteem and to mutilation , when we lose a part of our body. All these types of pain are, to varying degrees, the consequence of the brutal amputation of a loved object, of an object to which we were intensely and enduringly attached to the point that that object governed the harmony of our psyche. ( Nasio, 2007)
In this event you will embark on your path of healing and power.
