Wounds are not forever, they heal and become marks or scars, which remind us of our effort and our struggle, and of which we should be proud. Each relationship is an unforgettable experience, sometimes they can be extraordinary and positive that fill the soul with joy, but other times they mark in a negative way, making us doubt ourselves, blocking our feelings and filling us with fear, distancing us from love.
We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually connected to love, be loved, and belong. Do not fight against your human nature, better learn to be brave. Remember that the bravest warriors are not those who are not afraid, but those who are afraid and still fight and face what makes them feel most vulnerable.
To become victorious in love, you need to heal those wounds that are still alive in you, and dare to feel again and enter the battlefield, even if you know that sometimes you will lose and at other times you will win, but always with your face-up and full of power.
The first step to heal a wound caused by love is to become aware of what happens inside you when you suffer from heartbreak, you need to understand that a psychological pain feels the same as a physical pain; that it's okay not to feel good, since heartbreak is a process similar to the grieving process when you lose a loved one. Do not minimize your feelings, because if you ignore this process the consequences of this pain develop permanent consequences in you, for example: become a playboy, an unfaithful man, be afraid of commitment, feelings of emptiness, powerless, and without masculinity, etc. .
In this event you will embark on a journey of healing and the regaining of your power.
